Power Poppy’s Volumes of Beauty

Happy Friday everyone.  I’m bringing you some Power Poppy goodness today with the new digital set called Volumes of Beauty.  Its a wonderfully eclectic arrangement of lovelies around the theme of scent and style.  It includes a Caladium leaf, pretty peonies and sweet peas, lovely perfume bottle vases and inviting books with pearls to dazzle it up.

There are plenty of places to colour that are so fun to explore, pretty petals and leaves, reflective surfaces and those inviting books.  I used both Copic Markers and Prismacolor Pencils to colour the design.

Framed up with some deep green and coral patterned paper.  Have any of you noticed how popular forest green is becoming again?  I’m seeing it allover, from Creuset Cookware to walls and cabinetry.  I went through a serious forest green faze in the 90’s.

Here are the colours I used below.

I hope you’ll pop on over to visit the other Bloomies playing along today, I know they have wonderful inspiration:

ALSO:  There’s one more day in my Grassy Patches Die Giveaway, and I’ll have a NEW Giveaway tomorrow!

WOW, WOW, WOW !!! Your coloring is so magnificent. Poppy Power is soooo fortunate to have you. Beautiful stamp by them and gorgeous colors by you. Love how you changed the pearl and paper edges of the books behind the water in that wonderful vase.

This is exquisite, Christine! I don’t know how I missed your card, or this new image. It is definitely a more difficult image to color and you took on the challenge beautifully.
