Happy Friday people! Our autumn is shaping up to be a beautiful season. I went to a park with a friend yesterday afternoon so her boys could play and we could visit in a safe way. I’ve missed that so much, and it was so good to be out in the sunshine and enjoy the vibrant colours. I’m in the mood to celebrate all things Autumn this month, so I’m starting it off with this pretty little card using Power Poppy’s Fall set Sunny Harvest (which is half off right now!) and paired it with the wonderfully scripted M-Powering Words (also half off!). Seriously, what person do you know who wouldn’t like to be told this right now? I think it’s a gift of grace to be able to assure another person that who they are is enough. No extra needed, they are precious and up to the task - just the way they are.
It was fun to create the pretty frame around the empowering phrase with these little sunflower, and lantern boughs and then add the delicate Spellbinders frame around the image.
I found some great buffalo plaid patterned paper that pulls out the colours in the background and provides just the right contrast for the flowers.
A ric rack border, wood veneer heart and some popped up extra sunflowers are all the sweet touches it needs.

Beautiful use of the Sunny Harvest stamp set, Christine. Yes, we all need to hear that we are enough. These times can chip away at our sense of well being. A day at the park with a friend is ideal!
Glad you were able to get out with your friend, I miss getting together with friends. Your card is just gorgeous, great lift me up card and gorgeous coloring! Love the framing of it!
