A Piggy Fall Scene

As the trees are just beginning to get a tinge of yellow on their leaves here, its fun to start doing some fall colouring.  I don’t do too much scene making in my cards, but I’ve purchased a few of Stacey Yacula’s sets from MFT and thought I’d like to try one out.  This one uses Scene Builder and Piggy Pebbles.  I was trying out MFT’s Weekly Sketch, but if you’re following along with the sketches, mine took on a direction all it’s own.

All of the colouring is done with Copics and I’ve added some grass as one of the borders.

A little bit of pointillism gives the trees their autumn glow, and to tie in our little piggy on this crisp fall day, I drew in a scarf and coloured plaid, so it matches the tree colours.

Popping in a bit closer so that you can see the plaid scarf, which makes him look so cozy!

Thanks for dropping by!

Oh, my gosh, way too adorable! Love the piggy, the trees, the whole hilly scene! It's definitely fall here. The last few days the sun peeks out between rain, rain, rain.
