Another Friday has rolled around and I’m back with a citrusy card of encouragement. I’ve combined Power Poppy’s FREE digital set, Kindness is the Way, which is so beautiful, and the awesome M-Powering Words. I looked up some different colours of Gerberas and found some gorgeous coral ones that I tried to mimic in my colouring. I trimmed the single bloom out and placed it on a watercolour panel which I had added a coral to green wash. The sentiment is embossed in white and I’ve added some splatters of green.
A little scalloped frame helps give the layout some structure, and a strip of ScorTape with glitter, and some peeks of coral and green paper underneath.
This card would also fit in this week’s Creative Confetti Challenge at Power Poppy, have you see then new look and theme?
