Just a little card I worked on with some of my NEW SU last night. This is the new Level 3 Hostess set (which comes with a set of rub-ons and a pack of DSP). It's called Flower Lines. Very much my kind of set, all open lined images, and pretty florals. What's nice about this one is that the flowers are on a smaller scale so not much work coloring!
I used my new In-Color SW Markers and Aqua Painter to color in the flowers. I also trimmed down one of the Bermuda Bay flowers and popped it up. I overstamped on the background layers too to unify the card.
I just knotted the ribbons, and then left one loose as above. Sweet and simple. Which I needed today because this is what my kitchen looks like:
YEP, gutted. Our cabinets are due to arrive today, and tomorrow they are supposed to start working. You would not believe the disarray in my house right now! :)
Recipe: Stamps: Flower Lines; Ink: Black Stazon; Paper: Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, Watercolor Paper, Basic Black, Flower Lines DSP; Accessories: In Color Markers, Aqua Painter, Dimensionals, Bermuda Bay Dotted Ribbon, Oval Punch, Scalloped Oval Punch, Vintage Brads.
