It's a beautiful background set called Vintage Wallpaper, perfect to compliment one of Flourishes current sets Thinking of You. I think you can make it either very vintage feeling or more contemporary, it just depends on how you work with it.
Here's a peek at two of my creations with the set:
Contemporary - Dutch Tulips
Here I paired the background set with Thinking of You in a more bold and dramatic way. My starting off point was this new Jenni Bowlin paper Trendy and I paired the colors with my Prism papers. I love the contrast of the almost orange/red with the deep navy and white. I've embossed the background on the orange/red layers in clear embossing powder to give it a classy look and also embossed the sentiment and the smaller tulip in white. I've added brads that I made white with my Signo Gel Pen, and I heat set the organdy ribbon a little to give it that wrinkled effect.
Vintage - Crocheted Victorian
Here I've given the set a very vintage feel. I inked up the background with my markers in the coral and celery colors and then inked the flower arrangement in coral and celery and added Flower Soft accents.
Texture is really key in vintage cards so I've run one of the vanilla layers through the Big Shot with my Texturz plate for a subtle sense of texture. I think the delicate crochet ribbon from Flourishes really makes the card. I've highlighted that with some buttons, a vanilla hodgepodge hardware ribbon slide and yarn to keep that vintage feel.
Well, there are some other great creations from the Design Team to check out:

The vintage card is so sweet! I like the contemporary card too!
You have done two very lovely cards. It is amazing the different looks you have made with the same stamp. I believe you really have the feeling of this stamp and all it can do.
Beautiful work.
Enjoy your Easter remembering Jesus.
They both great cards, but that Victorian one takes my breath away! Soooooooo pretty with all that yummy lace!
Both of your cards are so nice! 2 styles but 2 beautiful cards!
Both are so cool. I love the softer one with the lacey ribbon. The fun contemporary one looks great with the papers.
I love the colors and layout of your first card, and your vintage card is so elegant and beautiful (love the Flower Soft)! Wonderful cards, Christine!!
I love the vintage card, with the pretty BG, crocheted ribbon and light touch of flower soft! So pretty and feminine, Christine!
Honestly Christine, I can't decide which one I like better! The top one just packs in the drama with the bold colors and the bottom one reminds me of something you'd find in one of the drawers at grandma's house -- just so sweet with an antique feel! Love them both!
Both your cards are gorgeous, Christine...love the colors on the first card and the vintage beauty with the lace and flowers is just stunning!!!!!
Oh, my gosh, I just love both of these cards, Christine! I so admire the way you did the first one, using the Jenni B papers and the white and clear embossing. Great layout on it. Everything about it is fabulous! And the second, well... I'm beside myself over the soft Victorian beauty of it. The Flower Soft is such a perfect touch. Gorgeous two-color background. Just wow!
I looked at that vintage card and I immediately thought "Grandma"...this is so like both my Grandmas. They've both been gone for many years but I think of them often. Thanks for sharing thsi little beauty!
