Party Pups and Presents with MFT

Do you ever just colour up a bunch of images and pull them out later for a card? I’ve had this coloured image in my stash for so long!  I finally pulled it out for the MFT Sketch this week.  Its using MFT’s Pawty Time Stamp set and a fun pairing of sage/minty green and peach.   I’m working on building my Birthday Card stash.

Speaking of stashes, I used some older patterned paper in my collection from My Mind’s Eye - On Trend.

I stamped the streamers from MFT’s set Sending Sweet Celebration Wishes in Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide ink to add a subtle background print.

Some iridescent sequins pick up some of the green and peach from the design, and the scalloped circle die makes a great frame for the image to work with the Sketch.  A Baker’s Twine bow mimics the bow on the present to also tie it together.

Here’s a peek at the markers I used.

I would like to just color and set aside for later. That sounds like so much fun, and just look what you made with this darling image. Pretty colors, so sweet!
