County Fair Birthday Flowers

I’m bringing you more flowers today and vibrant Copic colouring with a FREEBIE digital stamp from Jane’s Doodles (she’s got a few really cute free ones there right now and some with an Easter theme!).  I love the simplicity of the lines in this sweet little bunch of blossoms.  A fun spring combination of colours I love to use is pink, orange and yellow, and then some pops of bright green make for a cheerful palette.

I am always most short of Birthday cards, and when people purchase cards from me, that’s the card they want the most, so I put a subtle birthday element here with the two letters “hb” for Happy Birthday.  Cut from an old Stampin’ Up Letter strip die.  The celebration banners are from The Cat’s Pajamas with a die called County Fair .

The tiny gingham and polka-dots plays up the feel of a county fair celebration in the patterned papers.  A bit of bling with some iridescent sequins accents the sentiment letters nicely.

Thanks for dropping by!
