Squeal!

How are all of you doing out there?  Our little family is staying in place in our little house. I’ve had the flu - just the regular flu, but we’ve been socially isolating for more than a week because of it.  And,  by the end of Spring break we’ll have a Church Office, a Grade 4/5 English/Spanish Teacher’s Classroom, and a Grade 11 Student Classroom all running out of our home.  All 1100 square feet of it.  Amazing isn’t it?   Our son said the other day - “it’s a good thing our family get’s along”, and trust me we have our moments where we don’t, but each day we sit down to say what we’re grateful for, and like most of you I’m sure being alive and safe is a big one.

Today,  I’m bringing you a cheerful little scene  - that’s also following just the right amount of social distancing!  I’ve created it with MFT Piggy Pebbles and Scene Builder using lots of masking to pull it all together.  These little piggies are so sweet and it makes me long for the acid green of early spring.

Just a couple of iridescent sequins in a couple of places add some sparkle, but the colouring with Copics and Prismacolour Pencils has lots of pizzazz on it’s own.

Stay safe friends, praying you feel peace and can lift your eyes for your own gratitude journal today.

This makes me so happy, Christine! Just looking at it I'm smiling. So bright and cute. You're going to be very busy after spring break. I'm happy to be retired and living quietly. It works out nicely under the circumstances. Keep well!

Those are two are too cute. Your coloring is just perfect!

I hope you will be feeling much better soon, and you all will be able to adjust to all the changes!
