Hello everyone. I’m going to keep this short and sweet and let the pictures do the talking today as I’m with my Dad in the hospital. This is a design I coloured back in the fall to show you and saved it for an occasion such as this.... It’s designed with the beautiful digital image Bowl of Beauty by Power Poppy, printed onto XPress it Blending cardstock and coloured with Copic Markers. To add interest, I did some out of the box edge cutting with the image to make it look like the blossoms and leaves fall over the edge of the design.
I doubled stamped the sentiment from Power Poppy’s set, Party Time in both a soft purple soft blue-green ink to give it that multi-coloured shadowed look.
Simple touches of lace and sequins with a bit of patterned paper complete the birthday celebration.
Here’s who’s playing along today.....
