Come to the Cabbage Patch

Hello everyone!  I have an encouraging design to show you today with a new set from Power Poppy that Marcy just released in the Digital Blitz, it’s called Cabbage Patch  and the set showcases a beautiful open frame of ornamental Cabbages, as well as single cabbages you can combine however you like.  It has lovely sentiments in the set, but this time I paired it with Power Poppy’s polymer M-Powering Words,  because I knew I wanted to emboss the sentiment.

I layered up some beautiful colours that these autumn beauties come in using Copic Markers. It was fun to work on the detailed veining in the cabbages.

This shot helps you see the shine of the embossing powder, as well as a closer look at the colouring and the shadowing I added around the letters.  Some simple sparkle comes from the iridescent holeless sequins.  They take on the different shades in the colouring which works beautifully.

Here are the Copics I used below...

Don’t forget that the Digital Blitz has 10 NEW and gorgeous images and that we’ve also got a special coupon going on for a few more days!

It's so beautiful Christine! I printed this one, too, but just can't color fast enough to get all my fall cards done. Love the embossed sentiment with shading. Your coloring is just stunning!
