Autumn Thanks

I thought something Autumn-themed would be in order today :)  I wanted to pull out this gorgeous set A Season of Thanks from Flourishes because I really wanted to pair it with this beautiful new paper from the store Echo Park - Reflections Fall.  It has such lovely autumny colours and patterns.  I started by stamping the corn husk bundle onto Flourishes Classic White card stock, colouring it up with some wonderful Autumny shades of Copics.  It is so fun to colour that corn!

I used a brand new Spellbinder's Die - Branching Out Card Creator to frame under the corn.  What a classy die.  I also added some lovely brown lace and some Rich Brown - Color Made Easy Cardstock as well, and finally a few pretty sequins from the Teresa Collins Collection.

Happy Wednesday to you everyone!

This is such a beautiful card Christine. The more I see that stamp set, the more I'm sure it will find its way home to me. Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorite holidays and this makes for a great Thanksgiving card.

I love this card, Christine in all of its perfectly traditional fall colors and images! I have been unsure of how to color the indian corn but now I am inspired after seeing yours. And thank you so much for stopping by and leaving your sweet comments on my blog-that means so much coming from someone who I look up to and with so much talent!
