Sweet September

Hello there gang and welcome to another pre-release challenge over at Flourishes!  Today we welcome in some cozy autumn COLOR and a new KIT for your beautiful viewing pleasure.  

Julie found something wonderful...the pantone trending colors for this fall....aren't they lovely?

Now...this challenge is simple - use any of the color pallette above as an inspiration and you'll be in the running to win our entire September release. FLLCSEPT11. Deadline is September 16th at 5 PM.


So...as you can see there are some lovely colors in there...countless possible combinations too, and some of these very colors are in our new 123 Kit....



I seem to have a thing for deep purples right now, so I pulled out this beautiful kit from Flourishes called Garden Girl to play with the purples greens and a little pink.   The coloring on these lovely Lenten Roses is done with Prismacolor Pencils.  


I think it's an outstanding kit.  It's one that we Flourishes girls helped give input into when we were at CHA.  I love the combination of ribbons and the accents are gorgeous too.  


I've used a number of things in this card all from the kit, including that sweet little flower charm, and the pretty ribbon.  I've also used some new Spellbinders that are NEW in the store - these are Labels Twenty-Three Nestabilities.  They are a really classy looking rectangle.  And Parisian Accents makes the pretty border.  

Now...we have some lovely NEW news on our DT...someone you've already come to know is joining us and while we've said goodbye to Leslie, and I know you'll love this new person too.  Be sure to check out the news on the Flourishes Blog.

    What an interesting way to layer the die cuts! So pretty! The pearls in the corner and the tiny charm are darling! Beautiful!!

    Oh My Goodness What A Gorgeous Layered Card! Christine, I love, love your card, and those colors and embellishments are Devine!! I have a thing for deep purple shirts but don't seem to have any deep purple paper, so I'll have to fix that soon - LOL! :)

    Gorgeous flowers and well done with the colours. Purple is an under loved colour so glad you used it :)
