Baby Ship

Hi Paper-crafting Friends!  So, last week I promised you Baby Week - designs for my brother and sister-in-law's new son as Thank You cards...and I didn't totally come through on all of the ideas I had in my head.  Time just got away from me!  So I do have a couple more to show you, it just may take a little more time :)

But I do have one for you today.  A sweet nautical themed card.  I'm really having fun going through my old papers and finding sheets that are still really great for baby style designs.  Many of them are old SU papers, this being one of them.  Makes me feel good too not to have that paper sitting around without a little LOVE.

I paper pieced this set from Verve called Text Objects and then added some fun waves with my Dotted Wavy Border punch done twice, and then just trimmed around the oval nestie shape.

Then the adorable paper buttons are the new Sizzlet Die from the SU! Occasions Mini.  Totally cute aren't they?

I'll be back late Tuesday night with some Sneak Peeks of the New Releases at Flourishes - ooooo Flourishes fans....this month is going to knock your socks off!

Stamps:  Verve - Text Objects, Thank You;  Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black;  Paper:  Whisper White, Night of Navy, Basic Grey, SU! Prestwick DSP;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Small Oval Nesties, Small Scalloped Oval Nesties, SU Buttons Sizzlets, Copic Markers, Piercer, Dimensionals, Dotted Wavy Border Punch.
