Today I get to participate in my very first Blog Hop with Our Daily Bread Designs!
If you arrived here from the beautiful America's Blog then you are in the right place, but if you just happened on my blog, you might want to start at the ODBD blog and hop from there, if you get lost along the way you can return to the ODBD Blog to find the next name. Why would you want to do this???? WELL....if you travel to all our blogs, making comments on each, and then back to the ODBD blog to tell us that you have visited and commented on each blog AND tell us what your favorite set was and why, (this is a requirement :) ) ...then there is prize potential for you! Kelley is generously donating 3 Prizes! Winners will get to choose one set of their liking!
One of the other big changes to be very excited about is that Our Daily Bread designs has accepted a position as a Member Company on Splitcoaststampers!
Please visit the ODBD Welcome Forum and leave a comment by January 10! If you do, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $50.00 Gift Certificate to the ODBD Store! We have a many things planned including Challenges and a special Prayer Request area! We hope to chat with you over on the ODBD Forum on SCS! We will be having a weekly challenge at our SCS Forum, it will be posted there and the ODBD Blog. That means more prizes and awards, and fun for all!!! Stay tuned to the Our Daily Bread Designs blog and the SCS Forum for further details. For now...just be sure to be back on Jan 9 when our first Challenge of the New Year will kick off!
So now, here's what I've made for the hop with the brand new set called Confirmation Verses. I've paired this beautiful verse with some beautiful new papers from Our Daily Bread Designs and some accents to really set it off.
This paper is fantastic, the striped paper has shimmery/glittery stripes and the gorgeous burgundy paper is velveteen! Oh my scrumptious! I've used a number of nestabilities, accents, piercing and organza ribbon to give it a rich feel.
Alright....I'm the last stop on this little hippity hop so now you can head over to the ODBD Blog and report in! This hop will go until Monday Jan. 4 at 8PM EST!
Recipe: Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs - Confirmation Verses; Ink: Bravo Burgundy; Paper: Bravo Burgundy, Sahara Sand, Pink Pirouette, SEI Juliette Designer Paper; Accessories: Big Shot, Spellbinders Nestabilities - Ovals, Flourished Accents, Lattice Borderabilities, Piercer, Basic Grey 1/2 pearls, burgundy organza ribbon, dimensionals.
