Adventure Awaits with Concord & 9th

When I started a new job about 2 1/2 years ago I knew I’d have to some travelling as part of it, so I’m regularly in airports waiting for my next flight to a place.  If possible I add a day or two extra when it’s some place extra fun to have some adventures.  When I saw this awesome bundle from Concord and 9th, Plane Amazing, I knew it should be mine!  

I’m completely taken with the tiny plane screens that open on the smaller windows, but also equally in love with the awesome scenes you can create with this larger sized window.  I had to start with a mountain scene first because of my deep love for mountains.  For fun I created a little stream through the valley using the edge die of the hills, and ink blended the moonrise sky.  I also used the little trees in the set to create “directional arrows” and forward movement along the sentiment strip.  Perfect for the adventure awaits theme.  

 

We have a good friend who’s had a big influence on us who is still making a huge difference in people’s lives in his second career/semi-retirement that this sentiment will mean a lot too.  It’s such a positive and hopeful thing to say at ANY age!  Thanks for popping by!
