Between loads of laundry and things around the house today, I found some creative time to jump in on Pink Fresh Studio’s June Challenge this month. The colours are pretty ones of coral, pink, yellow blue and green...so I pulled out my Magnolia Pattern Stamp set and the coordinating stencil to create this design.
The stencil gives great colour, and I also added in some detailing with my Polychromos Pencils. I arranged them over a cut out arched window (MFT Stamps) and created the background with Pink Fresh Studio’s Ornate Medallions Cover Plate Die. The cut outs and pierced pattern make such a nice backdrop.
The foiled sentiment is from Spellbinders Confetti Background. For touches of sparkle I’ve added some holeless sequins and Nuvo Drops for “dew” on the flowers. I love how the foiling picks up the colour of the flowers when you tilt it.
