Enchanted Garden Release Hop with Ellen Hutson!




We hope you’ve had as much fun as we have in the Enchanted Garden Release at Power Poppy.  Today we’re joining up with the team from Ellen Hutson to show all five sets off in one big-blossomy Blog Hop!  We’ve got prizes, so be sure to check that out at the bottom of the post!


For this design, I’ve pulled out the beautiful set, Strong and Beautiful again and showcased some of the smaller stamps in the set because they are equally pretty when used alone or combined as I did in this design.  I love the idea of a sweet little lenten rose/hellebore wreath, so I stamped and coloured multiple lenten roses and ferns with Copics, then fussy cut them.  I die cut a couple of wreath shapes and layered them so the flowers would have a bit of extra structure to lay on.  


There are so many lovely sentiments in this set, so I finally settled on a Birthday one that is really sweet.  The background paper is anemones but takes on the look of the lenten roses and contrasts nicely with the beautiful rosy-red.  A few pearls to accent.

    This is beautiful. I love your card design and that Lenton Rose design.One of the first things up in my garden in early,early Spring are my Lenton Roses and they are beautiful, too!
