Have you ever been in a hot air balloon? Our friend was just talking about the time he went up in a hot air balloon in the plains of Africa. He said it was incredible, majestic and so quiet! You could float over whole herds of giraffes, or antelope and it was still and peaceful. I’d love to go someday. Though I don’t love heights, I think somehow it might be different in a balloon, or maybe I’d just have a panic attack up there, who knows?! Probably not a good place to find out right?
I have a floating themed birthday card with this cute dude from The Cat’s Pajamas today, the set is called I Are Fun. How can you resist his impetuous flight with these balloons? He’s so sweet! I coloured him up with Copics and trimmed him out to place between the Clouds Cut Ups, and then framed him up with the Round and Round die shapes.
Simply accented with baker’s twine and some black rhinestones. The sentiment is from TCP’s set, Special Delivery, it worked perfectly with the shape of the balloons.
