Welcome to our June Release of TCP Summer Fun goodies! This month we have 3 amazing stamp sets and 4 dies. The Free item with purchase this month is the new “Need Glasses” stamp set. All of these items are now available in the store, and we’re celebrating by showing them off with The Cat Pack. You should have come from Wendy’s Blog on the hop, and if you get lost along the way head on back to the TCP Blog.
Ice Cream Therapy, ever heard of it? In our family it’s a real thing! We always tease that our older son has an ice cream radar and can tell whenever it’s in the house, no matter how we try to hide it. We've found some Blue Bunny Birthday Party Ice Cream in the States when we visit, that we just love so this is to mimic the colour and sprinkles it has in it. It tastes amazing! Of course, you need a double scoop! After cutting out my pieces of the Sweets CutUps Die, I created the scoops with Broken China Distress Oxide and some spritzing, added the multi-coloured sprinkles on top and gave a little definition to the ice cream cone with a Copic Marker. I framed it all up with TCP’s Fancy Flip Frames and Framed Up 2 Cut Ups Dies, and placed it all on a circle card shape. For the sentiment I stamped part of the sentiment from the Liquid Therapy stamp set onto a Ribbon Banners CutUps Die.
Next up, a cute birthday tag!
I also LOVE that the Sweets Die CutUps can be made into a cupcake topper, and it has an adorable little cupcake liner. The Liquid Therapy stamp set has the best little cherry stamps included. So, I stamped a cherry background on the Holiday Tag Duo Die, stamped the cherries on the cupcake liner and added the die cut cherry from the Margarita CutUps Die on top of the cupcake, with some Nuvo drops to make the cherry shimmer like a sugared cherry. I think this has such a fresh look to it!
Here’s a better view of the embossed detail lines in the cupcake liner. I also included the “hb” for Happy Birthday from our new Big Little Alphabet dies; to help those little letters tie into the embossing on the cupcake liner, I embossed some horizontal lines.
Above are all the new items I used today. Sweetness overload!
Now please pop on over to visit Nancy’s blog, I know she’ll have some awesome inspiration for you with our new releases! Happy Shopping!
