And hello friends! This weekend I’m having a card sale at my place and I realized that once again I am woefully low on baby cards, and someone specifically requested baby cards that would work for boys or girls....so I went to work on a few designs.
This set is still one of my all time favourite baby sets that Marcella illustrated. It captures the sweetness to those baby moments here in the baby onesie and the baby booties. I did them up in greens to make them work for either...and it’s my favourite colour too.
Here are some closeups of the cards...on this one above I’ve paired the design with some Graphic 45 paper, sewing, lace, gingham ribbon, and embossing along with Copic colouring.
On this second design I paper pieced the adorable little onesie and added a strip of embossed ric rack paper behind the main image. the Debossed dots are from The Cat’s Pajamas die called Dots.
I made one more card in this theme just mixing up some of the papers and elements....when you’re on a roll it’s just good to keep on going!
So there you have it ...a few new baby designs up for sale this weekend.
Thanks for dropping by everyone! See you Friday for some Power Poppy fun!
edited to add....

Christine, these are both beautiful baby cards. Lovely shades of green, I'm sure these will be scooped up in no time. TFS! Good luck with your sale.
Christine, I absolutely love that you used a very neutral and lovely color like this beautiful green instead of the traditional pink and blue, this cards are gorgeous!! I wish I could attend that card sale, what a treat that would be. Do you sell your cards on line by any chance?
lovely sketch to card, eye popping patterns, and color. what company, color is this green?
So beautiful, Christine.
I can't make it on Saturday, but am wondering if you can save 2-3 baby cards for me? Love them!
Christine, these cards are absolutely stunning. I love the greens, and your coloring is beautiful as always. I can't begin to tell you how much I love your talent and creativity. It makes my heart SING... (LOUD). Thanks for brightening my day.
These cards are all entirely wonderful, Christine! I love the idea of green for gender neutral. I usually reach for yellow in that case, but I'm thinking green next time!
Oh my these are just darling, I am sure they will sell quick, good luck with the sale!
