Well we're back for Day Two of New Releases at Flourishes! If I've heard one comment consistently - it's that all of you are looking for more masculine ideas and sets. Today's set by Lauren Pope won't disappoint! I think it's one of my favourite silhouette sets she's done. It really captures that love between a Father and child.
I love this image of a father and son playing football. I think it might be the card from the kids - or maybe just the boys to my husband. It's the kind of boy stuff they like to do together. I've stamped the image in soft suede ink and carefully cut it out with a tiny border and the placed it on an embossed square with some chevron embossing.
You can see the chevron theme also included in the Classic Edges Two Edgeabilities border too. Really easy to make your own chevrons with this die!
A wee bit closer so you can see this great paper from Glitz - French Kiss. It works great with masculine designs because of the burlap and striped designs. A little twine and Candi combination finishes it off.
