Welcome back to Flourishes New Release Sneak Peeks for April! I loved writing Volume 1 on last month's Botanical Bookplate set because I knew it would give you a hint as to what's to come for this month! We have another beautiful addition to this special exclusive Flourishes die and stamp set using some beautiful flowers, Lily of the Valley and Pansies.
This card showcases the Lily of the Valley stamps that are in this Botanical Bookplates Volume 2 set and I love how they pair with Kraft Cardstock and prismacolor pencils. It gives them a softness and translucency that's really lovely. I've stamped both of the lily images, the smaller die image is trimmed out with our Flourishes Bookplate Spellbinder's Die, then framed with a Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two in white. Then I've used the larger image in the background on the Kraft cardstock, coloring those up as well and then adding texture with an embossing folder Flamingos and Hedgehodges.
I've accented with some pretty green crochet lace and these Chipboard Candi dots go perfectly with the Kraft cardstock. It has a lovely romantic feel to it :)
