Pumpkins are just about my favorite autumn thing. The gold orange color, the interesting shapes, and of course the possibility of some spicy pumpkin bread or pie! What's not to love? Your card "gave me a warm glow". I can't wait to try that nestie pumpkin!

Congrats!  Please email me (see *View My Complete Profile* right sidebar under my pic) and let me know which set you'd like to choose - Swan Lake or Lace Edges from Flourishes and your snail mail address.

Next...how about some Granny Smith Apples?

This is created with the new and gorgeous Apple of my Eye  set from Flourishes.  It was so fun to play with this set this month, and now it can be yours!

I've added some great accents, some fun cork cut into scallops with my Spellbinder Borderabilities (it ran through the cork beautifully!)  And also some pretty Ivory Linen ruffle ribbon, and some great texture with the different CB folders (Lattice and Herringbone).   Coloring is done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS.

Isn't that a beautiful sentiment too?  I think it's such a wonderful hope-filled quote.  I tried to give it the *look* of an apple by using it in a circle, and sponging it, and also adding the red circle pearls and punched leaves.

I love the homey feel to it with the cork and the unexpected green on the apples.   Makes me want to make some more apple cobbler with the apples from my dad!

Recipe:  Stamps:  Flourishes - Apple of my Eye;  Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black, Cherry Cobbler (sponging);  Paper;  Cherry Cobbler, Pear Pizzazz, Greenhouse Gala DSP, Flourishes Classic White;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Labels One and Labels Three Nestabilities, Embossing Folders (Lattice and Herringbone), Sponge, Prismacolor Pencils, OMS, Large Bird and Branch punch, Red pearls,  Cork, Scallops Borderabilities, Ivory Linen Ruffle Ribbon, Dimensionals.

What a beautiful card. I just love apples, they are such a fun and cute shape to craft. Also, some apple pie or cobbler does sound great as well.

Those apples look so inviting, Christine. Coloring makes the card!
