Dare to Get Dirty Day Two!

Well, my fingers are inky again today with some great challenges on SCS. I've got two challenge cards in this post...I hope to finish another one later, but we'll see how it goes :)

Woven Life

This card was for Laurie's challenge.

I inked my new Life set from PTI with my SW markers and then came back and gave it some definition with the fine point of the markers.

I love how a woven ribbon section looks with mis-matched sizes of ribbon, I've got wide satin, medium satin, narrow taffeta and then silk to tie a bow. It's a ribbon-fest!

This is for Kim's challenge today, I love popping up items on my cards, it gives it that extra something that makes a card WOW, but I went the extra mile today and gave my card SUPER pop, giving some of the sections of the Nasturtiums and leaves 3 layers! Whew! This is going to need a padded envelope!

I used my Pierceabilities to emboss and pierce the sentiment layer and then trimmed out the outline, I added a little white sponging on the heart using the Pierceabilities as a template, again a little silk ribbon to finish it.
