Have you looked at Copic markers and wondered if they'd be for you? Do you have them and aren't quite sure what to do with them? Are you ordering some from Flourishes and are waiting to start???
Well, today at the Flourishes Newsletter I get to show you my Copic 101 Tutorial, what I've learned as a newbie at this. It has a lot of pictures step by step of how I colored for a card. So please go and check it out, and hopefully you'll get some hints from what I've learned so far.
Here's the creation I made for the tutorial:
Actually the colors match a little more IRL, my camera seemed to think differently!
I used these two collections of Copic Markers from Flourishes
I also used my Labels Four Nestabilties Die, my new Spellbinders Ric Rack Scalloped Border and my Shapeabilities Floral Accents, as well as rhinestones and some fabulous white silk ribbon from Flourishes.
I have a friend since college days that is just precious to me. No matter how long the time goes between our talking, it's like no time or distance is between us. That's pretty rare in a friend. Anyway, she has always loved purple tulips...so this is for her!
