Glitter Lace

I have a very shimmery tutorial today on the Flourishes Blog on how to do this technique that I call Glitter Lace.    It's quick and easy and gives you a very WOW effect!  I made this for my parent's Anniversary just last weekend.  Hope you can stop on over!
