I LOVE all four sets and Flourishes! The best present I have ever received was a necklace and earring set from my husband. We had been married about 8 or 9 years, had twomsons, and a popular diamind commercial was running in TV. Imwas schockedtomopen thenbox and see the necklace and earrings, each with small diamonds. He said he wanted me to look at him the way the girl in the commercial looked at her husband. And I did. That was almost 40 years ago! The best present I have given was a computer to my 80 year old mom. Seven years later she is still checking the news and sports scores every morning n the computer, reading her cooking blogs and checking Facebook and email.,,she has more Facebook friends than I do. I have a blessed life.

Congrats on 1000 posts!! And an early Happy Birthday :) Lots to celebrate!

Best gift received...hmmm...both my 21st and 30th birthdays. On my 21st (while at university) had 21 different guys give me a rose spread out throughout the day. Three of them even interrupted my Sociology class and walked down and each gave me a rose. Didn't even know half the guys but there were friends of some of my buddies. Two guys got the whole cafeteria (500 plus to sing me HB at dinner). Then on my 30th six guys took me out for dinner and dessert and gave me 30 long stem red roses too.

Best gift given - planning a few surprise birthday parties for friends! Love doing that :)

Thanks for the chance to win.

Happy birthday and congrats on the 1000th post. I would have to say the best gift I have ever given was a few years ago, when my older brother was still alive, i made each of my brothers and sister a covered photo album with their picture printed on computer printer fabric on the front and then made copies of family pictures for each of them. it was very labor intensive, but I think they really liked them. one of my favorite gifts to receive is my big shot. I use it all the time. thanks for a chance to win an awesome set!!

Congratulations! I think the best present I ever received was a cruise. I had always wanted to do that and my husband thought I deserved it after a very trying year. I think one of the best presents I gave was Kitchen Aide mixers to my sons. They both love to cook and bake. Thanks for the chance to win.

A big Happy Birthday and congratulations getting 1,000 all around the same time. I can see why you want to celebrate. Let's see the best gift I've ever given was a surprise trip to my mom to visit her best friend in AZ before she passed away. My best gift would have to be the two beautiful boys the lord gave me. Now that's an awesome gift!

CONGRATULATIONS Christine on your 1000 Post!!!!!!!!! WOW! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!! HOPE your day is SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) FILLED with LOVE & ALL those YOU LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

The BEST GIFT I've been given aside of Salvation, which is #1, is MY HUSBAND!!!!!!!!! I ALWAYS tell others he's my "GIFT FROM GOD!" :) He's THE BEST, Husband & Friend!!!!!!!!! :)I thank God EVERYDAY for him! And the BEST GIFT we've ever given, would be the Van we gave to my brother & sister-in-law. They were expecting their 3rd child & didn't have a large enough vehicle for three children. We had moved here & I wasn't going to be out driving around--- home schooling now, not knowing anyone & the Mountains; nowhere to pull off if there is an emergency & the cell phones go out easily too! NO THANKS to driving around alone!Sadly, they lost their third child but, the other two children would appreciate having more leg room in the van as they grew!

Wow!! These Christmas sets are GORGEOUS!! Best present...had to be when I told my husband I was pregnant with our first child....but that was also a REALLY bad day because it was the exact same day my mom died...6 days before Christmas. I was going to tell her on Christmas day for one of her presents, but I never got to tell her. Ok...gotta get happier...best present I received was when my 2nd son was born RIGHT before Mother's Day!! Thank you for the chance to win these amazingly beautiful sets!!

Happy Birthday and Congratulations on your 1000th post - what a milestone!! The best gift I have ever given was a surprise trip to Toronto for my husband's 40th birthday. I picked him up from school - he's a teacher and we drove to the airport for a weekend getaway. He was so surprised and it was great fun. The best gift I have ever received was a shih tzu puppy a couple of years ago. He is great company during the day. Thanks so much for the chance to win these beautiful Flourish stamp sets. I love all their sets but haven't picked up any of the new Christmas sets yet. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Happy Birthday Christine, and Congrats on all the posts!! Wow what a Terrific gift you are giving on your special day :)
Today is my anniversary and I have been trying to get my husband to go to the doctors for a long time now for sleep apena but he keeps putting it off, but he says he said he wants to be around for many more years with me and so he will go thru it, to me that was a Wonderful gift! I don't feel I am very creative as far as gift giving goes so I just honestly can't think of anything awesome I have given but I do know that everyone seems to really appreciate the quilts I make for them.

Happy Birthday, Christine. Hope you are celebrating in a special way.
Flourishes really have awesome stamp sets. These are all beautiful.
Hmmm.,, best gift I ever gave? For my husbands 40th birthday, I got him tickets to Maynard Ferguson, a trumpet player, who was performing at a local school. He was so surprised that I would even think of this. He still comments often about this concert.
Best gift I ever received, my two children. I am so blessed to be a mother.
Have a great day.

First of all "Happy Birthday" and congrats on your 1000th post. The best B-Day gift I ever received was my son, who was born 4 days after my B-Day. The best gift I ever given was to my hubby, I found and ordered the book he loved as a kid, it was his Father's Day gift. He was totally surprised and he loved it.

Ohh. Great Flourishes sets! Favorite gift given--two quilts for my nephew. The pattern was a sail boat in navy and white. I made one with white background/the other with navy background. Gift Received: grace (freely given).

Congratulations and happy birthday! How kind of you to share some stamps with your readers in celebration of those two milestones. The best gift I have ever received was a single strand of pearls from my husband. I had wanted them for so many years, but I knew they were expensive so I rarely voiced that desire. He surprised me with a beautiful strand 14 years ago. The most wonderful gift I ever gave was when my twin daughters and I provided Christmas for a family in need. We bought gifts for all the family members, baked and decorated a big basket of cookies and bought all the food items necessary for a full turkey dinner. I then delivered all of this myself to the family. I had many reveries about their Christmas with the gifts and food, and, of course, the love with which it all was given. cherylwingetataoldotcom

Happy Birthday!! The best gift I gave was to my daughter. She had always admired a diamond bracelet of mine and joked I should will it to her. Well for several months, she was having a rough time with a co-worker and was down in the dumps so I gave her the bracelet to cheer her up. Just seeing her smile and wearing it gives me pleasure. Best gift I received was a ring made from my husband's mothers wedding rings when she passed. He had a ring designed using her diamonds and gave it to me when our first grandson was born. Hense it is "a grandma's ring" to cherish for many years.

Congratulations on 1000 posts and turning 29 again!! I hope you had a beautiful birthday! The best Christmas gift I've received is a laptop. The gift I give each Christmas is a donation to a free medical clinic in memory of someone who lost their life within that year. The clinic then sends a card to the family of the deceased. The first year of the loss of a loved one is the hardest and especially during the holidays.

Congratulations, Christine! The Flourishes sets are beautiful, and I'd love the opportunity to play with them! The best present I've ever received? Well, I do feel like my husband and boys have been gifts from God. But as for gifts from mortals? My DH gave me and my boys a German Shepherd puppy last year, a couple of weeks after my beloved Gretel (also a GSD) had to be put down. The best gifts I've ever given? Probably scrapbooks (compiled for my MIL on her 50th b-day and then after surviving breast cancer; one for my B and SIL commememorating the birth of their first child; and one for my mother for Mother's Day, a few years back).

Before we get to the question, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Sorry I am a day late, but I didn't check emails until tonight., I hope you had a wonderful birthday Christine.
hmmm.... let me think. I've had a lot of Christmases (thank the Lord) but I can't always remember the best presents. I have been blessed with many things in life, but even though my children were not born close to Christmas, I would have to say that both my son and my daughter are the best presents I could ever receive. We went through some really hard times when they were younger but they have grown up to be wonderful kids, with children of their own. So I've been blessed with great kids AND great grand kids. I really don't know what would have been the best present I have ever given though. I guess you'd have to ask my kids! :-) I love ALL the new stamp sets, so I am happy as a lark to be able to maybe have a chance to win one. Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorite times of the year and I am truly blessed by the Lord to still be here to witness His Glory. Thanks for the chance to win. Have a super day!

Happy belated birthday Christine, hope you had a wonderful day. Thank you for the chance to win the Flourishes stamp sets. They are fabulous.
My best gift ever is my children and my wonderful husband. I am so blessed to have them. And the best gift I give is have a wonderful time every year for the Christmas holidays with my family. Both of my children's birthdays are super closed to Christmas, so we celebrate their birthdays together on Christmas. Along with their children. Makes the holidays so blessed for all of us together on Christmas.

A big Happy Birthday and congratulations on 1,000 post on your blog! The best present I have ever received are my two daughters, both of whom I adopted from China. And the best I have ever given was I surprised them one morning by waking them up and taking them to Disney. Everyday with them is a blessing.

Congrats on all your followers and Happy Belated Birthday. The most favorite gift that I received was a beautiful string of pearls from my loving husband several years ago. It was a total suprise...he made me cry with joy. I think the best gift that I ever gave was an oak rolltop desk to my husband many years ago. I totally surprised him and he uses it every day. Love all the stamp sets.

Happy Birthday and thanks for your generosity. The best gift I ever received was when my husband replaced the lost diamond from my engagement ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. The best gift I ever gave is harder and certainly not as tangible because I view it as my dedication to my family.

The best present I ever received was a piano when I was 8 years old and ready to start piano lessons! What an inspiration it was to me all those years. The best present I ever gave was a gorgeous red KitchenAid to my daughter who really uses it to feed her hungry little family. My email address is bikallis@ndsupernet.com. Thanks for the chance to win!

Congratulations! I love giving gifts and put a lot of thought into every gift I give. I don't know what the best would be, though. I just received a gift from my friend for my birthday on the 14th. I have a card to open next Wed and 1 gift to open every day for the next week until my BD. I know these gifts aren't of much monetary value, but it has made me feel so special that she took that kind of time. That is the best for me in a while.

Thanks for the opportunity to win these magnificent stamp sets!

Happy Birthday and congradulations on your 100th post!!!
I can remember alot of gifts I gave that I was very happy to have 'scored' on like the year we got the kids 'tickle me Elmo's for Christmas' or the Birthday when I took the kids for a walk in the woods before the party and we 'found Tigger' in our '100 acre woods (a friend dressed in a Tigger costume) or the surprise Birthday party for my DH for his 50th birthday - and he didnt even figure it out which is almost impossible!!!
Best gifts I have gotten - well there a re a ton of them too - starting with my 10th birthday when I got my pony that I had been asking for since I could talk, an engagement ring from my DH on Christmas....and a boatload more - ahhh - Thanks for asking us to comment on this - great memories!!!!

Congratulations on 1001 blog posts. How exciting. I have a long road to go. These sets are beautiful. I really love the cowboy Christmas. It's so cute. And so me. The best gift I ever gave was the gift of a mother to my step daughter. She needed a mom to take care of her and teach her as she was growing up. I gave her that gift by stepping up and loving her as she is my own. And that is what she is my daughter. I will continue to give that to her for the rest of her life. The best gift I ever received would be the necklace my dad gave me that belonged to my mother. These are the precious things in life. I am very thankful for.
