There She Goes Sketch Challenge

A new week!  What a busy past week we had here.  Lots of extra events and activities in addition to the normal busy, and my husband and daughter were gone this weekend for a JH Retreat at our Camp with 300 other kids from our area.  So the boys and I had a weekend together which was fun.  We saw our niece and nephew Friday, and our little nephew (7 weeks) smiled at me for the first time...how delightful!  It totally made my day.   Then Sunday was the Birthday Party for his sister, she's 2!  It was such a fun party and she was just a sweetie.  I'll be sharing what I created for her later this week... I'm pretty excited about it :)  I actually have a lot of great things coming up this week here, so I hope you can stay tuned!

Today I am jumping on in on the weekly challenge at There She Goes with a couple of cards.  This week its a great sketch by our Trendsetter of the week, Danielle!  We're excited to see what you will create with this layout as your starting point too!

Our youngest son had a friend with a Birthday on Saturday so I made this card for him.  It's one of his very best friends and they are glued together at school.  :)  I combined the very cute Puppy Love set with the new set by Iwona - Flying By....swapping out the sign the puppy was holding for the balloons from Flying By.

This paper is actually from a Basic Grey Christmas Pack - Jovial, but I thought it worked perfect with the colored circles.

I've popped up the balloons and stamped the dog prints and then ran it through the Square Lattice Embossing folder.

Then this card I couldn't help but make because I just got an order from TSG and I COULD NOT RESIST this cute bunny :)  It can be an early Easter card.  It's from the Good Times Set that I think is a complete beauty!

Isn't it just darling?  I love this bunny!

I've used some fun paper by sei called Happy Day, some pretty turquoise cotton ribbon and some Sizzlet buttons cut out of paper.  After I colored with Copics, I masked the bunny and then sponged around with some Cool Caribbean ink.  Fun to make!

To be eligible for the TSG Giveaway, you are to create a card that incorporates the sketch,  and then come back to the TSG Blog and add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of the Challenge post.  This Challenge is open until the winner is announced on the following Monday (March 21st).  The winner will get a $5 give certificate to use in the TSG Web Store!

If you are using online galleries please use the keyword TSG98 so we can check out your beautiful work!
