Cherish Heartfelt Friendship

Today's Featured Stamper is an awesome one! stamp_momma or Lori Craig. She is a wonderful woman! Her's was the very first blog I subscribed to, she is full of creativity, great style, and she has a faith that is evident and a blessing that I appreciate. She's a great part of the SCS community.

I've been wanting to make some cards for a group of friends that have been instrumental in my life the past few months. They are a group of women that I meet with on Thursday mornings for prayer, accountability and study. They are AWESOME women. Strong, and yet fragile. A beautiful mixture!

So, in the next week I'll be sending them some of these cards.

Cherish Friendship

For this card I cased Lori's card HERE, I changed the color palette, papers and added an extra large flower, but kept the basic theme because I loved it so much.

Heartfelt Friendship

For this card I cased Lori's card HERE, I changed the set, color palette and added piercing, and changed the scallops to be peaks to follow the paper design. I haven't used this set it probably a year and a half! Pretend you don't notice my lack of straight piercing. OY! I'll fix that with something!

I'll be back tomorrow with our continuing LOVE story of Charlie the Chocolate Cupcake!

WOW! These cards are amazing, Christine! I love how you gave Baroque Motifs a whole new look with the circle and bright colors! I haven't seen Heartfelt Thanks look that good in a LONG time! You were truly inspired by the originals but certainly put your own personal style into both cards! AWESOME job!
